The Account Executive is responsible for delivering a superior customer experience to all clients. This includes:
- Guiding our clients towards programs that can lead to the elimination of stress and hardship caused by financial struggles.
- Researching client transactions
- Processing client requests
- Helping clients understand various programs that may be available
- Providing prompt issue resolution
- Demonstrating professionalism and integrity at all times.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a credit and/or collections, financial, or call center environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. In addition, experience using PC Systems and MS Office applications is a must. Bi-lingual is a plus!
